It can be assumed when reading this table that "Stiffening" is the same as raising that particular corner of the car.
Use common sense. Don't change more than one thing at a time. Try and get your front end set first and unless you can help it, don't ever change your front spring or shock settings at the track. Try making your adjustments on the rear, where they can be done more subtly. If at all possible, try refining your setup to where everything you need to do can be accomplished with air pressure.
Remember, changing ride heights will change your cross weight percentages only, not your rear and left weight percentages.
Increasing the weight on a front wheel will have the effect also of adding weight to the wheel opposite the one you are adjusting. For example, if you raise your LF to combat a push entering the turn, you will also loosen the car a tad on exit because more weight will be transferred to the RR.
